Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Responsabilidades:
• Gestión del inventario de herramientas y materiales no productivos: Controlar entradas y salidas, asegurar que las herramientas, refacciones y consumibles para producción y mantenimiento estén disponibles.
• Supervisión del equipo de tool crib: Coordinar al personal encargado del almacén y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.
• Elaboración de reportes, dashboards de los indicadores claves del tool crib.
• Hábil en la gestión de proyectos, planificación de reuniones dentro y fuera del sitio.
• Clasificación de refacciones ABC.
• Implementación de la ruta de mantenimiento preventivo.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia previa 3 a 5 años en gestión de almacén MRO, Tool Crib o posiciones similares en manufactura.
• Conocimiento de herramientas lean.
• Gestión de inventarios.
• Liderazgo situacional.
• Habilidades en comunicación, innovación, organización.
• Control de gasto.
• SAP
• Grado Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
