Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Analyst I - HR Services (Americas Region)
Location: Hermosillo
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Analyst I to join our HR Services sourcing team in the Americas region. In this role, you will support the strategic sourcing of HR services such as recruitment, employee benefits, learning & development, and other outsourced HR functions. You will assist in executing sourcing strategies, analyzing supplier performance, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing Support:
o Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for HR services in alignment with business goals.
o Support the vendor selection process, including conducting market research, collecting vendor proposals, and evaluating potential suppliers.
o Help facilitate the preparation of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) for HR service categories.
2. Vendor Management & Performance Monitoring:
o Track and analyze vendor performance data to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
o Support vendor relationship management by preparing performance reports and conducting reviews of ongoing contracts.
o Assist in identifying performance gaps or issues, and work with vendors to implement corrective actions.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Analyze sourcing and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and insights for HR services.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sourcing activities, savings achievements, and vendor performance metrics.
o Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key sourcing initiatives, performance outcomes, and market trends.
4. Market Research & Benchmarking:
o Conduct market research and benchmarking activities to assess vendor offerings, pricing, and industry trends for HR services.
o Assist in comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and capabilities to ensure the best value and alignment with business needs.
o Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in HR outsourcing and services.
5. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvements:
o Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within HR services sourcing.
o Support initiatives aimed at driving efficiency and reducing operational costs associated with sourcing HR services.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure that all sourcing activities are compliant with relevant regulations, internal policies, and procurement standards.
o Help monitor and manage risk related to vendor contracts and service delivery.
7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
o Work closely with the HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure alignment across functions.
o Provide data and analytical support for internal stakeholders to guide sourcing decisions.
o Assist with presentations and communication of sourcing strategies, results, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, HR, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably within HR services or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of HR services, outsourcing, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
