Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, you'll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as a New Grad (Full Time) hire in the Global TEIS Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

• Be part of the team responsible for making seamless App to App and B2B data integrations for our internal and external customers across the globe.

• Develop an understanding of electronic data integration (EDI) strategy, planning and execution as you work with our Technology Integration team.

• Understand how to align the business goals of TE's multiple business units with technology integration experience, strategies and plans.

• Have an introduction and get hands-on experience with SAP ERP functional aspects, integration platforms, methodologies, message standards, communication protocols and security standards.

Responsibilities

At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:

• Product Communications - Create internal communications through various media (email, intranet web pages, recorded demos, etc.,) to demonstrate new integration capabilities, convey their importance, and drive engagement.

• Deliver on integration deployments in various areas including application to application and business to business scenarios using multiple platforms.

• IT Project management - assist in managing and delivering on projects owned by the Technology Integration team.

• Analytics - analyze system and process trends to propose and deliver on continuous improvement of components or overall integration environment.

• Explore and leverage the GenAI and Robotic Process Automation capabilities of SAP BTP platform to provide value add to TE's business units.

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have Received a High School Diploma or GED

• Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Related Major from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)

• Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred

• Are authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $58,800-88,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
