Social Media Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Analyst to support the development and execution of our global social media strategy. This role will involve collaborating with teams across the organization to implement and manage social media initiatives that align with our brand's objectives and contribute to a positive brand presence. You will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, driving engagement across platforms, and supporting business goals, focusing on organic and paid content strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a global organization and a passion for social media trends, content creation, and brand management. You will work closely with senior leaders and teams in a highly collaborative environment, helping to implement the strategic vision set by leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the global social media strategy across all owned social channels and platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement social media marketing plans that align with business goals and social media strategies.
- Work alongside marketing and communications teams to support product marketing, campaigns, corporate brand awareness, event coverage, employee advocacy, and community engagement content.
- Assist in educating internal teams about the impact of social media trends and evolving platforms to ensure social media investments drive business results.
- Help develop and implement best practices for content creation, community management, and platform engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, ensuring goals and KPIs are met across all platforms.
- Lead the day-to-day management of community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and managing online reputation.
- Coordinate content planning, creation, and publishing across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive the creation of engaging and on-brand content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, global experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with leading social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of multi-platform social media strategies and content planning, including editorial calendars and tactical execution.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to inform social media insights and content decisions.
- A strong passion for storytelling and an understanding of creating engaging shareable content.
- Solid writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of community management, content frameworks, and creative best practices in social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and social media management platforms (experience with Sprinklr is a plus).

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $91,000 - $136,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
