Job Overview
Responsible for activities that support the clinical trial process from start-up to close out. Clinical Operation professionals are tasked with the planning, implementation, management, and execution of the clinical trial process.
- Develop and Expand Site Network: Proactively identify, evaluate, and engage potential clinical trial sites and vendors to join the company's site network, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Act as a liaison to initiate and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites and site management organizations (SMOs), using sales and business development techniques to secure agreements.

- Key Site Partnerships: Take ownership of building the company's premier site network, ensuring top-tier sites are identified, onboarded, and nurtured to meet the needs of our clinical trials. These sites will be essential for delivering exceptional quality and value to our customers.
- Network Accountability: Fully accountable for developing the site network with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. Monitor the new business pipeline to ensure we maintain a viable network for quick study startup with quality sites and subject populations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including CRAs, project managers, and clinical operations, to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of the feasibility strategy.
- Site Performance Management: Regularly review site performance, providing frequent communication to improve the overall health of our network.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging site capabilities, and market dynamics to inform and refine the site feasibility strategy.
- Network Analysis: Expected to provide analysis of the network's performance and capabilities to management on a frequent basis.
What your background should look like:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years in site management, feasibility, or prospecting, or 12 years in clinical operations with CRO, pharma, or biotech, with site management exposure. CRA experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, GCP guidelines, and site qualification processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites and vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and feasibility tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building or leading site networks in a CRO or similar environment.
- Track record of successful site engagement and vendor management.
- Strong leadership qualities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented personality to highlight the value of our site network and collaborative environment at TE.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable addressing large technical groups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $83,688 - 125,532 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
