Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (ADM) business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for Sr Manager Finance, Productivity and Inventory. The Sr Manager Finance, Productivity and Inventory will be a finance business partner to the Continuous improvement Director, Procurement Direct and Supply Chain Director and report to the Director of Operations Finance. The position is based in the US with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The position has responsibility for supporting operations in achieving its productivity and inventory targets, putting in place productivity and inventory reporting and analytics and providing the operational leadership team with insights into improvements to performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• Improving financial performance across all operational areas, including material spend, conversion spend and inventory.
• Lead deep dive operations reviews, productivity reviews and gross margin expansion objectives
• Working with Plant Operations teams to help improve performance by promoting standardization and leveraging synergies.
• Preparing, consolidating and analyzing forecasted and actual results, bridging performance over time
• Working with the supply chain organizations to manage inventory levels and freight costs
• Driving focus on material and conversion productivity across all business unit sites.
• Develop and drive KPI's for team to drive Finance excellence and Continuous Improvement mindset
• Partner with the Director of Operations Finance to support functional and business objectives as needed

What your background should look like:

• Typically requires a minimum of 13 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years with a Master's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• Strong experience in general manufacturing is a must
• Strong cross- functional team communication, project and time management skills are a must.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives in Operations

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $152,700 - $229,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
