Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

Drive business growth by making the effective strategy plans, and high efficiency real execution of go to market activity, result orientation. Good analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, Voice of Customer (VOC), and the competitive landscape. Translates this information into product line plans

• Develop product line vision, strategy, product and technology roadmaps and business plans and make executions for new product development and launch.
• Builds alignment across multiple functions inside the organization
• P&L Responsibility: deliver on revenue and gross (or standard) margin targets by driving execution of the business plan
• Define market lead time requirements, provide guidance on capacity planning by forecasting demand and working closely with the GPM and supply chain organization to set safety stock requirements, etc.
• Familiar with the industry of Energy storage System and New energy, and market and sales experience of connector product.
• Demonstrate thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
1. 4-year technical or business degree required. Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred
2. 5+ years of product management or sales, engineering experience.
3. Relevant product or industry experience desired.
4. Positive and optimistic, with strong execution ability.
5. Strong communication skill needed with cross-country team
6. Frequent business trip expected within China.
7. Fluent English required.
8. Highly interpersonal and communication skills
9. Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence and passion with cross functional team
10. Interacts and/or negotiates effectively
