The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.

• Promote corporate standard solution and drive execution.
• Participate and lead early discussions during pre-planning phase to understand business requirement, involve right stake holders as needed.
• Work on critical projects and develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment and understanding among diverse teams.
• Manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively to align with business objectives and maximize value.
• Focus on business value and ensure that project deliverables meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• Understand and talk business language, translating technical information into business terms for stakeholders.
• Drive IT solution adoption within the organization, promoting best practices and ensuring user engagement.
• Manage changes and adapt project plans as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities and requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong focus on business value and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
