🔑 What You'll Do:
Lead the annual budget and periodic forecast process, working closely with department heads to align with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures-this is critical for success in the role.

Manage cost control processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and take ownership of the CAPEX budget.
Prepare accurate, timely financial reports with detailed variance analysis for senior EMEA Finance and Operations management.
Act as a business partner to Plant management, supporting strategic decision-making.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
Ensure standard costing accuracy and manage standard rates calculations.
🔑 What You Bring:
5+ years of senior experience in production controlling or financial management.
Strong knowledge of production processes, product costing, and cost structures.
Proficient in SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of modern financial tools like SAC, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Passion for digitalization and new technology implementation in financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent collaboration skills, adaptability, and a compliance-driven personality.
