Job Overview

Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Managing, guiding and supporting the Credit & Collection team (approx. 10 team members) in everyday tasks
• Managing day-to-day tasks allocation and team performance (KPIs, SLAs)

• Managing the resources available to achieve the task assigned in a timely and accurate manner
• Performing reviews of results from the team
• Participate in calls and meeting with various stakeholders
• Support month-end closing activities
• Propose and drive improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the OtC process
• Execute reporting
• Point of contact for all process/people related escalations
• Managing relationship with internal and external customers
• Managing recruitment process, development, periodic performance review of team members and create learning atmosphere among team members
• Support in execution of OtC strategy
• Participating in projects within OtC
• Process transition execution

What your background should look like:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (managing a team)
• Min. 4 years relevant experience in OtC area
• Extensive accounting knowledge (OtC-related - Credit & Collection, Dispute Management, AR closing activities, Master Data)
• Great analytical skills and excellent attention to details
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting field
• Experience in Change Management and Process Transformation
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and tools (e.g. SAP, High Radius)
• Collaborative and conflict resolving approach to stakeholder management
