Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

3. 权限与职责
3.1. Ensure proper and efficient management of the day-to-day operations and achieve the expected output of each operational process
3.2. Lead finetuning of SOP and work instructions based on findings of daily operations
3.3. Identify and define the critical capabilities required to support business needs.
3.4. Communicate and collaborate with Cross function teams and 3PL vendors to fulfill TE's order shipment requirements and control delivery time
3.5. Maintain, Monitor and educate staff on Warehouse safety
3.6. Hire and train people to fulfill their job requirements and ensure lowest possible turnover rate for operation stability

3.7.1. Fully responsible for project management on the aspects of project scope, timing, and cost •
3.7.2. Clarify the project scope (delivery scope and technical standard) before project executive •
3.7.3. Create and execute project roadmap to improve process visibility and build mechanisms to enforce process accountability with cross functional stakeholders.
3.7.4. Tracking the time schedule, support and push each department to catch the time plan •
3.7.5. Project cost/budget analyze and regularly report

3.8.1. Optimize operation process to embed into system configuration, and to plan system configuration updates based on the changes.
3.8.2. Understand thoroughly the end-to-end operation process to evaluate the impact of system configuration changes on service quality, process efficiency, and cost for control.
3.8.3. Track actual performance of changed process and system to ensure meeting the set business goal, and take immediate action for correction and prevention if the result is unexpected by engaging with stakeholder teams.
3.8.4. Develop solution to manage capacity, yields, and service level to meet growing demands across business lines.
3.8.5. Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization, and solid program and process management skills.
3.8.6. Support warehouse digitalization and automation design and operation optimization.
3.8.7. Familiar with SAP WM operations (S/4 HANA preferred)

5. Qualifications:
5.1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in, supply chain management or similar field.
5.2. Strong project management skill, experience in supply chain process diagnosis and standardization.
5.3. Experience in operational plant logistics, can bring automation knowledge in warehouse operation area.
5.4. Knowledge about SAP logistics functions and modules.
5.5. Minimum 8-10 years working experience in logistic area.
5.6. Good command of English skill.
5.7. Ability for analytical thinking.
5.8. Openness, talent for communication/coordination/moderation, customer orientation.
