Job Overview

TE Connectivity's HR Regional Partners provide consultative geographically-based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time. The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.

What your background should look like:

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage with strategy Human Resources from Frontera region in the areas of: .Employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training and development. and Human Capital Strategy.
-Implementation policies and procedures of the company.
-Strong experience in the Mexican Federal law.
-Develop and implentation of the Human Resources strategies and iniciatives align with the corporate sttategy
-Manage rectruitment process
-Administration of salary according to Total Rewards
-Develop and follow up of strategies and general processes of Human Resources within the organization
-Supervise and administration of a performance evaluation system based in high perfrmance.
-Directs strategies that ensure its effectiveness and that of its personnel in the execution of policies and procedures related to their work and their control areas: Recruitment and Contracting, Administrative Process, Labor Relations, Compensation, Programs and General Services, Training, Security and Control, develop and align local and corporate administrative policies and procedures.
-Ensures legal compliance in labor matters and represents the company before governmental organizations and agencies.
-ustify and manage the departmental budget under the given cost goals

REQUIREMENTS:
-5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
-Must have an effective balance between strategic and tactical implementation skills.
-Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills; Process orientated and sense of urgency.
-Travel requirement 50% (Tijuana / Tecate / Cd Juarez).
-Advanced English level
