Job Overview
• Administrative /Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to the Immigration and Global Mobility team, including but not limited to data validation, auditing vendor invoices, managing accruals, administering Secondment agreements, resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors, managing team mailbox, support compensation reporting process, monitoring Purchase Order (PO) balances, and alerting the Global Mobility manager when funds need to be added to ensure timely payments.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, track key metrics, and generate reports for senior management, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness of global mobility programs.
• Maintain online content to provide ongoing communications and resources for employees, Line Managers and HR Community.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration or similar.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on global cross-cultural teams.
- Self-driven, accountable, organized and passionate about continuous improvement.
