Job Overview

The Director of Digital Supply Chain Transformation will drive digital innovation, process optimization, and technological integration across our multinational supply chain operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital solutions, data analytics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance supply chain resilience, efficiency, and sustainability on a global scale.

    • Develop and implement a cohesive digital transformation strategy for supply chain operations, aligning with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
    • Lead the assessment, selection, and deployment of emerging technologies, such as IoT, AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), blockchain, and predictive analytics, to drive supply chain innovation.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
      • Engage and align stakeholders across various global regions, facilitating a culture of innovation and adaptability.
      • Lead change management efforts, including training, communication, and support, to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Data Analytics & Insights
    • Use data analytics to evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
    • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making, leveraging dashboards, AI-powered insights, and other analytics tools to support strategic decisions
  • Risk & Compliance Management
    • Work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all digital transformation initiatives meet global regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Anticipate and address risks associated with digital implementation, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational disruptions.

  • Qualifications

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
    Master's degree (MBA or MS in Digital Transformation, Data Science, or Supply Chain) preferred.
    Experience:
    8+ years in supply chain management, digital transformation, or IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a global supply chain environment.
    Technical Skills:
    Knowledge of supply chain platforms and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with AI, IoT, and other relevant technologies.
    Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
    Leadership & Soft Skills:
    Strong project management skills with a track record of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
    Exceptional communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    Demonstrated adaptability and ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
