Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Consult on and execute paid social media campaigns aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
- Develop and manage organic social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
AEM Content Management:
- Own all tactical activities within the AEM (content authoring system) to support business unit campaigns and product marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective content deployment across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update and maintain web content, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality adhering to brand guidelines and UX best practices.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of content and campaigns.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate project status updates and encountered issues to stakeholders and escalate in a timely manner when needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Review and analyze data related to digital performance, web analytics, and page performance.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital content and social media channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Social media management and AEM content authoring system.
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in paid social campaign management is required.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Sprinklr, LinkedIn campaign management is required.
• Familiarity with AEM 6.5 is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
