Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.

your main tasks:

  • Business partner within/without finance for all project commercial topics
  • Understand project profitability and being able to impact the value drivers over entire Project lifetime
  • Compare / Track current project performance vs. plan, Gap Analysis
  • Drive and steer opportunity and risk management with the aim of continuously improving the project result
  • Work on Reporting for commercial details on different levels
  • Prepare complex Ad Hoc Analytics
  • Presentation of project financials to Senior Management
  • Work on special projects
  • Proactive involvement in cross functional Lean initiatives
  • Contribute to process and tool improvements

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or Business Engineering
  • several years of experience working in Controlling and/or Project environment
  • Automotive Product / Process knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in working with SAP, MS Office
  • Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify risk and opportunities
  • Ability to influence and transform data into actionable information
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
