Job Overview
Implementation, coordination and evaluation of procedures to optimize processes and the value stream at the Berlin-Oberschöneweide and Berlin-Weißensee sites.
- Strategic responsibility for the implementation of improvement measures, further development of the sites and increasing productivity
- Supporting the integration of previously unconnected processes (departments) into a cohesive extended value stream
- Development and use of value stream maps to visualize the current and future state to identify strategic projects
- Define and share standardized programs to train employees on lean manufacturing principles and technical problem solving
- Leading continuous improvement projects at the site(s) in collaboration with the departments involved
- Create, plan, execute and track the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visible to stakeholders and driven to sustainable completion

What your background should look like:
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in leading improvement activities
- Experience in the areas of production or logistics
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
- Communication and persuasion skills, high self-motivation
- Good time management and strong planning and organizational skills
