OVERVIEW

Enterprise Systems Analyst I:
As part of a global team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and consulting on SAP Order Management topics. This role requires a strong desire to take initiative, learn, and grow in a complex and ever-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles:

1. Determine Business Requirements
o Collaborate with users, management, and team members to gather and define business requirements.
o Document requirements in a functional requirements document, including input/output needs, process maps, and business benefits.
o Assist in coordinating with other SAP analysts to ensure comprehensive requirements are captured.
2. Design SAP-based Business Systems
o Evaluate alternative solutions to business requirements and document recommended designs.
o Assist in estimating the cost and risk of SAP solutions.
o Suggest programming enhancements when necessary.
3. Configure the SAP System
o Translate business requirements into SAP configuration with guidance from senior team members.
o Document complex or unique SAP configurations.
o Participate in testing and migrating SAP configurations to production.
4. Prepare Development Specifications
o Document required functionality, inputs, and outputs for SAP programs and interfaces.
o Support ABAP developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
o Develop and use unit test scenarios and test data.
5. Test the SAP System, Enhancements, and Add-ons
o Create integrated test scenarios reflecting business requirements.
o Test the system and document results.
6. Support Data Mapping from Legacy Systems
o Develop and maintain mapping documents for legacy system data to be loaded into SAP.
o Communicate mapping requirements to local IS teams and review data extracts.
7. Develop SAP Batch Jobs, UNIX Scripts, and Variants
o Define batch processing and interface requirements.
o Create SAP jobs and variants and support operations in job scheduling.
8. Provide Training
o Assist in creating and updating training materials.
o Deliver training to local implementation teams and other users as needed.

Educational Required/Desired:

1) University degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems plus internship(s) work experience within an IT organization.
2) Good communication skills in English (English as a first or second language), sufficient for telephone consulting, email, training, and documentation in English
