Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsabilities

Manage the administrative follow-up of staff files.

  • Develop tools for monitoring the structure's activities, dashboards, and update them.
  • Handle archiving and document classification.
  • Plan and organize communication operations during official events.
  • Coordinate and plan staff transportation operations as per demand.
  • Coordinate flight reservations, accommodation, and travel planning for staff on missions.
  • Create purchase requests for materials, equipment, suppliers, and consumables, and verify the conformity of deliveries.
  • Prepare and organize meetings (send invitations, prepare files, and reserve rooms).
  • Perform typing of documents, handle mail processing, and manage electronic messages.
