Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for HR executives.
  • Expense Reporting: Process expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission for travel and business-related expenses.
  • Calendar Management: Assist with managing calendars and scheduling meetings while ensuring optimal time management.
  • Email Management: Monitor and organize email correspondence, responding to routine inquiries for support.
  • Project Management & other duties as assigned: Assist with project coordination and organization, budget reporting, analytics and other supporting duties as assigned.
  • Back-Up Support: serve as a back-up to other admin, providing seamless support when needed.

What your background should look like:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role or comparable experience, ideally within a professional, corporate, or HR environment.
  • Professionalism: Ability to work in a high-level corporate setting, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook/Teams.
  • Other Relevant Computer Applications: SAP Concur

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $21- $32 per hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
