Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

This is a temporary role.

  • Maintain job data within the Maintenance Management database.
  • Research, propose, order and track supplies for the Maintenance team.
  • Schedule, maintain, update, and coordinate daily calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Process and reconcile expense accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining records per EH&S requirements.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations per assignment.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the organization and provide proper assistance/information.

Monday to Thursday 6 am to 4 pm work schedule.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $37,200- $55,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
