Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

Role Statement:
Responsible for generating and managing all the Sales in a geography & customer segments in Mexico for the Energy Division
Key tasks of the job:
• Generate demand & specify TE products by Field Trials on new and existing products, Technical Presentations, Seminars, Customer Visits, etc.

• Manage, streamline, and consolidate the Distribution & Representative Channels in his respective geography.
• Based on customer feedback, provide input to TE product management and Engineering in expanding and enhancing current product portfolio.
• Get the knowledge of the main competitors in each customer segment (Utility, EPC's, OEM's, etc), Market prices, average required lead times, technologies accepted in regards TE Energy products.
• Responsibility to inform and anticipate huge tenders that will require the building of Inventory not based on monthly-historic usage.
• Create a consistent "base business" in each of his customer segments, avoiding the high dependence at CFE purchases winning just huge projects to achieve FY targets.
• Create a implement a consistent action plan with focus on his major key accounts with the goal to increase his sales in 30 %.
Qualifications & specialist training required:
• Degree: Strongly Desire for an Electrical Engineer, if possible complemented by a degree in Administration or MBA focused program.
• Foreign Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Skills: Capable to give technical and sales presentations / good communication. Must be capable to specify products and discuss technically with the customer applications, data, etc. Strong technical background required. Also able to carry out field demonstrations of products and customers hands-on training.
Experience required:
• Experience: Overall experience not less than 5 years. Previous experience with different customer segments, like Utility (CFE), EPC's, OEM's, Distributors, Industrial Customers, etc..
Particular skill / aptitude required:
• Product and Industry knowledge
• Self motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Straightforward, personable, active.
• Desire to work in a growth-oriented environment
• Previous experience in MNC's would be desirable, to fully understand Ethics & FCPA themes.
• Desire and potential to growth in the organization and take additional responsibility & bigger roles in the organization
