Position Overview

The Partner Success team's mission is to provide a world class experience for our customers. We are looking for a forward-thinking, creative, and strategic Partner Success Analyst. This person will support the Partner Success team behind the scenes to develop and implement processes, manage technical solutions, and assist with data and reporting needs. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and refined, detailed execution, so we are looking for a candidate eager to experiment, explore new tactics, and continually improve our team's processes and efficiencies. Above all, this person must be technically adept, data-driven, and solutions-oriented.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provides support to the Partner Success team using various tools such as Salesforce, Pendo, Zoom, Excel, and ChurnZero
  • Supports technical backend needs for each of our products
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency and builds solutions toward those opportunities
  • Ability to manage several ongoing tasks simultaneously
  • Assists the Partner Success onboarding team with routine customer calls and report on product usage analysis
  • Hosts scripted weekly webinars for customers
  • Works on special projects as determined by Partner Success leadership
  • Provides excellent customer service to our partners through written and verbal communication
  • Manages a salesforce-based email support queue
  • Manipulates and verifies validity of data for CRM upload
  • Occasional domestic travel required for in-person team, department, and company meetings

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Zoom, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comfortably communicate at multiple levels with customers (i.e. technical/ non-technical /management).
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Teaching Strategies products and services a plus, but not required
