Position Overview
As a Digital Designer within our creative department, you will be responsible for creating beautifully
crafted landing pages, emails, digital ads, presentations, and other digital experiences that answer
specific strategies and business objectives.

- Champion usability, accessibility, responsive and mobile-friendly methodologies.
- Driven to seek out fresh trends, innovative ideas, and emerging technologies.
- Readily share ideas and are willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed.
- A good listener, able to collaborate and work well with others.
- Organized - every box gets a check before completing a project.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design emails, digital ads, landing pages, and presentation decks that are aligned to strategy and
project objectives at the direction of the Digital Design Director. - Prototype high-fidelity UI's and visual designs and present design rationales, user flows, and
testing ideas to stakeholders and non-designers. - Preemptively identify problems and propose solutions.
- Ensure designs reflect consistent brand representation while achieving set project objectives.
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
- Captivate customers at every touchpoint with designs that align to marketing goals and audience
insights.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience designing for digital.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, testing, creating high-fidelity designs, and working with developers to ensure design consistency.
- Proficiency in Wordpress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, and XD. - Can manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience managing external vendors.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design and
technology.
As a bonus:
- You have experience with HTML and CSS
- You have worked with Asana and/or Widen
- You have animation or video skills.
- You have prior agency experience
