Job Description:

In this role, you will:
• Lead the end-to-end process of configuring, maintaining, and monitoring credit limits in
enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational credit policies and risk
frameworks.
• Develop and enforce best practices for enablement processes, ensuring compliance with
internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Verify the integrity of client
related data entered systems, ensuring alignment with financial and operational
standards.
• Drive initiatives to optimize workflows for client enablement by leveraging automation
tools and small tech to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes. Identify and
implement improvements to streamline the enablement process, reducing errors and
increasing efficiency.
Internal
• Ensure all configurations adhere to internal policies and external regulatory
requirements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect or missing data, collaborating with
stakeholders to minimize operational risk. Work closely with CDD, compliance, and IT
teams where required to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity across
platforms.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks related to incorrect or outdated data,
implementing controls to minimize exposure.
• Assist in testing and implementing system upgrades or new functionalities related to
client data enablement.
• Verify pre-set up requirements are in place, ensuring compliance with Know Your
Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering and Client Onboarding requirements.
• Act as a first line of support for the team with Audit and Risk Review activities. Work with
management team to establish and oversee robust data governance standards to ensure
the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data configurations across systems.
• Maintain automated solutions, system tools, and EUCs while leveraging emerging
technology to streamline processes and drive automation. Analyze and resolve
exceptions from various reconciliation processes and automations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of
excellence and continuous learning within the operations team.
• Achieve an exceptional standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting
of data to mitigate risk to TD (e.g. reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk).
• Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and ensure processes meet
global compliance standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks related to incorrect or outdated client
data, implementing controls to minimize exposure.
• Achieve business objectives by completing business processes in a timely and accurate
manner.
• Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team

The TDS Operations Analyst III will act as a cross functional process analyst, conduct research, analysis and reporting on a range of operational and service issues. Executes on critical projects and strategic special initiatives within a defined functional area that may require broader partnership across TDS and/or other TD enterprise functions. Enhances management decision making on policies, processes, products and services based on insights generated from analytics and reporting to advance the operating model / processes and elevate service quality. Facilitates the implementation of policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet functional objectives.
Depth & Scope:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business processes and procedures, and transaction lifecycle for own area (e.g., processing environment, applications, software, hardware, products)
- Experienced level of the role with general business and operational knowledge or related skills required
- Ability to execute on ad-hoc standard and non-standard processes and requests of medium to high complexity with high-risk/financial impact
- Identifies and investigates non-standard operational/reporting/ process issues

Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree/ college diploma

Customer Accountabilities:
- Provides deep technical subject matter expertise/analysis or operational process support as a key resource/representative for the Global Operations and Business Services function

- Leads work streams by acting as a project lead/subject matter expert for small-scale initiatives/projects in accordance with project management methodologies
