RESL Pricing is one of the most powerful management levers available to steer the long-term profitability of the Canadian Personal Bank. Reporting to the Vice President of RESL Product, the Senior Manager, RESL Pricing Capabilities POD will be accountable for dramatically expanding the suite of pricing capabilities available to the RESL business.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Defining a clear roadmap for the delivery of pricing capabilities across the RESL customer lifecycle
  • Supporting the development of the financial case to expand the envelope of investment and accelerate TD's progress towards building best in class pricing capabilities
  • Partnering with platforms and technology, journey, finance, channels, RESL pricing, control partners and other stakeholders in evolving our capability set
  • Leading and developing an agile team of forward deployed specialists to deliver new features and capabilities
  • Supporting change management as new features and capabilities are rolled out to customers and TD's RESL sales channels

Job Requirements:

What can you bring to TD? Tell us about your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:

  • 10+ years of Financial Industry experience
  • Prior experience in driving financial and operational outcomes
  • Financial Acumen, P&L Management experience
  • Post Secondary degree
  • Prior RESL experience and experience managing distribution channels and/or leading a salesforce is an asset
  • Prior experience leading agile teams is an asset
