Job Description:

This role will report to the AVP, Practice Area Lead within the analyst practice and will have direct accountability to the practice area leads as well as the VP & Head, Analyst practice. Successful candidates will support across the team to orchestrate practice wide events for our 40+ practice leaders as well as our 1000+ practitioners, lead the development of practice wide strategies, act as key program lead for practice wide implementations, and deliver key insights by consolidating and analyzing practice metrics and insights.

This role will require a significant amount of co-ordination across stakeholders so prior experience managing large programs is a must.

In addition to the above, the following experience will be considered and weighted heavily:

  • Demonstrated experience developing strategies that are tangible & outcome oriented
  • Experience working with and creating materials for senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading large scale programs
  • Experience managing and aligning large groups of stakeholders
  • Thought leadership and ability to generate new and meaningful ideas and insights
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong understanding of financial services and products
  • Prior consulting experience an asset
  • MBA an asset
  • University or Graduate / post graduate degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of relevant experience in field of specialization
