JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting into the Senior Manager - TDDI Education Content Strategy, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the performance and production of our educational content, processes, and distribution strategies. Some of the possible tasks may include the following:

  • Gather and review end-user feedback, industry trends and consumption data to optimize how new content development is prioritized to meet our program's overarching goals


  • Review existing team processes to identify opportunities to best utilize resources, and manage outcomes and timelines effectively


  • Support with screening and onboarding new guest speakers to join our live events


  • Provide recommendations on how to increase our rate of engagement with priority client segments


  • Work with business partners such as marketing, corporate affairs, and communications team to develop news tactics to raise awareness and engagement with our content.


  • Provide guidance on our digital roadmap to attract and engage Gen-Z and millennials, while helping existing client segments to progressively graduate into more entrenched utilization of our offerings.


  • There may also be stretch opportunities to support on the execution and development of creative content. These tasks could include video scripting, editorial reviews, video capture, graphic design, user design, video editing, and data analytics. These tasks will only be offered if the successful candidate expresses a desire to develop these unique skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Media, or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term


  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with capabilities to manage multiple priorities and projects.


  • Team player that possesses the ability to work effectively with immediate team, various teams across the business, key stakeholders and executives


  • Strong decision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to critically examine issues from multiple angles to recommend solutions
