Department Overview

Our Candidate Attraction team within our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) plays a meaningful role - we bring market insights, proactive strategies, and cutting-edge solutions to attract, hire and onboard exceptional talent to unlock individual and organizational potential.

As a Multimedia Designer, you'll be passionate about attracting the best talent to TD through content creation. Whether you're filming and editing a colleague story about career growth or creating a new carousel to promote our TD Colleague Promise on social media, you'll help us show prospective candidates what it's like to work at TD.

As a valued member of our Candidate Attraction team, you'll:

  • Create unique external and internal digital content to support talent attraction and bring TD's Colleague Promise to life. This could include social content, newsletters, web and print banners, videos, static imagery, invites, and other program initiatives across the team as requested.
  • Support the growth of the TD LinkedIn and TDCareers social channels through regular content creation.
  • Support concept brainstorming and script development to tell the stories of our colleagues.
  • Lead photo and video shoots (lighting, camera, sound) while providing a positive and comfortable experience for our colleagues.
  • Edit photos and videos to develop content that will make an impact.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong skills in editing/motion graphics software, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, or Avid).
  • Experience with filmmaking, photography and photo editing.
  • On-set experience with strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with art production/graphic design.
  • Relevant professional certifications, designations or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
