The team works in close partnership with teams across BBDE and CPB Operations and across TD, which involves extensive collaboration, co-ordination and communication across this broad network.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Access Management Delivery Excellence, the Manager will oversee the Employee Access Team supporting CPB Operations and Branch Banking Delivery Excellence (BBDE) colleague access.
- Support the Access Team to achieve SLA and Quality Control goals
- Provisioning and supporting with escalations related to access for colleagues from supported LOBs as well as managing the Diamond attestation process.
- Building/maintaining strong knowledge of CPB Operation access and supporting as an access SME on various stakeholder projects and initiatives involving impacts to access
- Develop, maintain and support relationships with peers in key partner groups (BBDE, CPB Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, GIAM)
- Strategy & Planning - Facilitate the development of Access Management to evolve team processes, including integration of automation where possible
- Reinforce enterprise access strategy in conjunction with key leaders and stakeholders in establishing and staying course on high-level activity roadmap and key change programs.
- Utilize business transformation initiatives and demand to forecast demands no access, and co-ordinates with key leaders and stakeholders to prioritize the portfolio of new access programs.
- Identify areas of improvement with access team internal process
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Access Analysts who focus on making Access Provisioning seamless for our partners while adhering to enterprise access standards. Supporting with day-to-day access questions and access requests. Access provisioned within SLA and with accuracy.
- Establish and maintain Role Entitlement Maps (REM) for supported businesses.
- Reinforce the need for access automation as a long-term solution to manual work efforts on the team
- Support the teams in completing the Diamond and Non-Diamond attestations for businesses within scope.
- Foster an environment / culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork and a high level of professionalism. Support a positive work environment that promotes service to a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
- Build a collaborative culture of risk awareness and ownership, in support of the Enterprise Risk Framework, Operational Risk Management Framework, and Global Identity & Access Management Access Standards
Job Requirements:
- Leadership and influencing skills with the ability to advocate for decisions
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity
- Previous experience in the management and operations of Access Provisioning, Access Management or Identity and Access Management
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
- Ability to question and challenge status quo, deal with various points of view and to effect creative and responsive solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Access Provisioning Experience an asset
- Previous CPB Operations experience is an asset
- People Management experience is considered an asset
