Studio 361, the in-house agency at TD is a dynamic team of account managers, sprint managers, and creative professionals dedicated to delivering high-impact, insight-driven work across the enterprise. Our mission is to remove barriers so our creatives can focus on what they do best-making great work. The Creative Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in making that happen. This role sits at the intersection of process, data, and leadership-responsible for overseeing sprint management, managing capacity and prioritization reporting, and continuously improving our creative operations infrastructure.

A day in the life could include sprint planning facilitation, solving resourcing puzzles, developing Excel-based utilization reports, and working within Adobe Workfront to help leadership make smart, informed decisions about how to allocate creative work across internal and external resources. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about structure, thrives in agile environments, and wants to drive clarity and efficiency for a growing creative team.

Job Description:

The Creative Operations Manager supports the marketing team in the coordination of marketing programs for a specific product or business line. At the direction of supervisors, the Creative Operations Manager coordinates the day to day activity in support of marketing programs and plans.

Depth & Scope:

  • Manages more complex functions and processes in support of marketing Communications initiatives
  • Regularly supervises and manages the workflow of others
  • Allocates tickets to senior management, arranges VIP experiences and special meetings, coordinates celebrity appearances, supports employee reward and recognition, charge-backs, ticket compliance, etc
  • Evaluates effectiveness of projects after implementation; compiles and analyzes feedback from various internal areas and outside vendors, develops recommendations as appropriate and incorporates changes into future project plans
  • Creates marketing materials as necessary in support of various projects and other work
  • Writes copy, secures approvals and coordinates layout and production with appropriate internal or outside personnel
  • Demonstrates understanding of the functions, intricacies and requirements of the product or business line with which they are working

Education & Experience:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 related experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry.
  • In-depth project management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services marketing practices and techniques.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Vendor management experience required.
  • Supervisory experience helpful.
  • Proven communication skills, including strong writing ability.
  • Proven effective presentation skills.
  • Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep experience with Adobe Workfront, especially in capacity planning, resourcing, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
  • Strong understanding of creative operations within an agency or in-house environment
  • Experience managing project/sprint managers or traffic teams
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and access management (e.g., Intralinks)
  • Knowledge of invoicing workflows tied to creative hours or agency rate cards
  • Agile mindset and ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies (e.g., planning, retrospectives)
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to flex process when needed to meet campaign demands
  • Strong communicator with a calm, collaborative demeanor who can thrive in ambiguity and help guide the team through change
