Job Description:

Role Overview: This role combines responsibilities for building a cyber-aware culture within the organization and coordinating cybersecurity upskilling initiatives, including awareness campaigns, boot camps and event management. The specialist will drive awareness and skill development across departments, managing training logistics, enhancing the Cyber Academy, and creating pathways for career growth in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

Cyber Awareness and Literacy:

• Design and implement targeted cybersecurity awareness campaigns and assess their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

• Develop engaging materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive workshops, to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to embed cybersecurity messages into corporate communications and tailor content to the needs of various departments.

• Conduct regular assessments of employees' cybersecurity knowledge, identifying areas for improvement and updating content accordingly.

Upskilling:

• Plan, organize, and manage logistics for cybersecurity upskilling programs, including boot camps and other role-specific training.

• Enhance the Cyber Academy by developing new content, working with SMEs to refine role-based learning paths, and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.

• Design and build programs to provide resources and guidance for employees exploring a transition into cybersecurity roles.

• Coordinate with external partners and L&D to offer high-quality training and learning resources.

• Track and report participants' progress, providing guidance and offering continuous learning pathways.

• Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve program offerings and ensure alignment with organizational learning goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and common cyber threats, particularly in the financial industry.

• Experience in instructional design, with proficiency in e-learning tools and familiarity with cybersecurity.

• Project management skills, particularly in organizing large-scale training events or campaigns.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and inspire a culture of cybersecurity.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing both the education and logistical aspects of the program.
