This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:

CUSTOMER:

• Patrol executive floors, conduct surveillance activities as appropriate, plan and assess driving routes and identify and address potential safety and security weaknesses
• Respond to security / safety incidents and effectively manage and deal with emergency situations involving appropriate areas as necessary, which may include adjusting security coverage as needed and acting as the first point of contact for escalations
• Protect employees, information and assets on the executive floors of the organization
• Oversee front line support to the executive, enhancing the safety and security of both persons and property by deterring and detecting unlawful incidents, identifying potential dangers and hazards, and minimizing risks at TDBG properties
• Provide dedicated Chauffeur service and safety and security support to top Bank executives on bank property or at other venues as needed
• Liaise with external stakeholders as appropriate
• Use knowledge, experience and risk assessment techniques, as well as access to internal and external resources and tools, to create written reports and plans (e.g., security advances, emergency evacuation plans, security concept of operations)

SHAREHOLDER:
• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity
• Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
• Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions
• Escalate non-standard or high risk activities as necessary
• Ensure documentation that is prepared / completed is accurate and properly reflects business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules / regulations
• Report / escalate risk issues or process gaps identified
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all transactions / activities
• Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct

• Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit

BREADTH & DEPTH

• Make decision(s) to adjusting security coverage as needed, respond to incidents and act as the first point of contact for escalations
• Works autonomously within established procedures
• Requires advanced skills and expertise in the provision of security protection services
• Monitors and interprets information to identify and solve problems, escalating as appropriate
• Uses judgement and understanding of process/policy and related laws/regulations when making day-to-day decisions
• Focus of work spans from daily, weekly to monthly activities
• Requires full proficiency in a range of processes and procedures through job related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a range of work assignments
• Act as the Lead or Assistant Lead during special events on bank property or at other venues
• Generally, reports to a Team Manager or Manager

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Requires strong knowledge of security / counter surveillance measures, self-defense techniques and methods and first aid / C.P.R. training (certification required)
• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent experience required
