Job Description:
The Commercial Loan Operations Representative V (Bought Loans for Syndications & Participations Loans) performs complex or non-routine administrative tasks exercising judgment and discretion in the performance of duties usually in support of a single unit or team within Loan Operations.
This is a Remote career opportunity
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Depth & Scope:
- Provides leadership of unit or team in Loan Operations in absence of Supervisor
- Performs varied, non-routine and more complex administrative tasks to support Loan Operations Team
- Provides information and procedural knowledge for less experienced staff
- Resolves most issues escalated by less experienced Employees
- Acts as an experienced resource for team and provides advice and guidance to less experienced Employees
- Can coach less experienced staff
- Completes complex requests and researches issues
- Takes corrective action as necessary and researches complex issues to determine best course for resolution
- May train new Employees in systems, procedures, and processes
- May perform additional tasks employing skill and experience in the function
- Suggests changes or modifications to policies and procedures to supervisor based on day-to-day observations and activities
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 4+ years of related experience
- Sound computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures
- Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet unit objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assist less experienced team members
