Job Description:

Product Manager / Change Manager

Opportunity:

The incumbent will work in the D&O Tooling team and will be responsible for marketing Modern UX to all LOBs and segments and will identify opportunities for new business and how areas can benefit from tool capabilities. They will also own and drive change management plans, communications, and activities from initiation to implementation & sustainment to achieve desired business results. The individual will participate as a support resource becoming a Modern UX subject matter expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes new business for D&O owned tools by selling capabilities to LOBs and segments across the Bank.
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
  • Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
  • Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
  • Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Being a D&O tool specialist and becoming proficient in functionality, navigation, and usage across LOBs/segments.
  • Contributing to the D&O Tooling support model providing rotational coverage of all support mechanisms.
  • Participating in business acceptance and verification testing for changes and system upgrades/patches.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant change management activities/practices.
  • Analyzes the scope of change to determine people, process, financial, technology, risks & other impacts.
  • Builds and executes communications plans to drive awareness and understanding, including analyzing audiences, developing key messages, and identifying the right channel, frequency and sender.
  • Monitors and tracks adoption of the change and addresses any issues. Implements any corrective actions required and celebrates successes.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project delivery lifecycle and TD Agile.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams...etc.)
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
  • Verbal & written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence skills.
  • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration.
  • Able to manage ambiguity.
  • Data driven decision making.
