Job Description:

The Business Banking Divisional Office is an energized team responsible for delivering strategic leadership and capabilities for the Better Business Bank of today and tomorrow. The Customer and Colleague Engagement Strategy (CCES) team supports Better Business Bankers in the pursuit of Our Quest and supports a caring performance culture while having fun doing so.

The Banker Confidence Team is part of the CCES team and seeks to increase the confidence of our Business Bankers by providing training, tools, and resources to help onboard new employees and to help existing employees develop key capabilities and behavior's to do their jobs confidently.

As part of the Banker Confidence Team key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with operational support for training programs (invites, guest speakers, registration)
  • Assist with maintaining training schedules and tool/resource revision cycles
  • Support updates to training program content and intranet resources
  • Support the development and execution of training program satisfaction surveys
  • Support research to identify new training opportunities
  • Assist with the creation, review and validation of various team dashboards/reports

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in relevant Undergraduate degree and/or post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Development or Multimedia
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
