This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:
We are looking for a mature leader in data space that has led large scale data asset migrations to Cloud with a focus on efficiently organizing curated data products within domains. Understanding data management, marketing and financial crimes data eco systems are an asset. This technology leader will be responsible for:
- Financial Crimes Analytics Data and Capabilities
- Analytics Data and Capabilities Enablement
- Data Foundation Build on Cloud
- Stronger data foundation build for Marketing
- EUCs and Assets Rationalization
- Focus on Data Management and Secure and Stable Operations

Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience in leading large, complex technology delivery efforts across several CIO teams
- Must possess strong technical skills
- Proven ability to evaluate technology options and drive technology selection / decisions
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing an IT strategy that delivers both near term results, while simultaneously building for the future
- Proven ability to successfully lead transformational change that impacts technology, people and process
- Skillful communicator and influencer to build relationships advance decision making and effect change over time
- Highly motivated individual, with demonstrated outstanding people management, leadership and coaching skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent customer service orientation and a professional approach; including ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong communicator, with excellent oral, written and presentation skills
