The Producing Manager will responsible to mentor, train and oversee the local LC Team in order to strengthen the local team. Ensuring the team is efficiently and accurately originating mortgage business while providing the best service and mortgage products for the clients. The employee must be detailed, organized, responsive, thorough and creative. All applicable State and Federal licensing requirements must be met.

It will be the responsibility of the Producing Branch Manager to appropriately allocate incoming sales from the division across the LC Team. Branch Manager and its LC team should originate loans in accordance to company policies and procedures and in accordance with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA guidelines as necessary to volume. The employee and its team must service the builder using finance as a sales tool, quality origination procedures, and salesmanship. The primary goal of this position is to obtain the highest capture of builder sales volume while meeting all other company goals set forth in this agreement.

We trust that as a Producing Manager you will: (responsibilities)

  • Ensure day to day activities adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as the best interest of TMHF
  • Promote company when attending company/employee events
  • Report numbers as needed and/or required to management
  • Perform annual reviews and goal setting with LC Team
  • Work with local ASM's to coordinate community activities involving TMHF, as well as promoting regular LC visits to the communities
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with division management, employees and sales team
  • Assure accuracy of self and team in all areas of compliance
  • Guide the local LC Team to work within product offerings and pricing structure to maintain company revenue expectations
  • Coordinate with the LC Team, topics to be covered in Divisional Sales Meetings
  • Attend or appoint LC to attend, builder backlog meetings to provide thorough loan pipeline status information
  • Set proper expectations with division regarding mortgage process, time frames and status of loan application/closing
  • Abide by, and train to goals set by company in regards to Capture, Customer Satisfaction and Pricing Structure
  • Provide and train to outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, recognizing the importance of realtor cooperation being a significant part of the builder environment, treating them equally as builder partnership
  • Promote good communication and relationships are maintained between the LC team, Division and the Core team
  • You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 year minimum Training/Leadership role
  • Manage and maintain engagements of training team members
  • Stellar organization skills
  • Excellent work ethic, high productivity and acute attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication, follow up skills and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing work assignments
  • Must possess a short learning curve related to integration of new skills and tasks

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
