We trust that as a Digital Product Manager you will: (responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Design, QA, etc.) on new and existing digital products and features.
  • Develop and communicate a product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap, balancing customer impact, business value, and resource constraints.
  • Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle by defining requirements, creating user stories, and working with development teams to deliver features on time and to spec.
  • Champion a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure designs align with user needs and product goals.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data insights to refine the product strategy.
  • Conduct research to understand homebuyer challenges, identify user needs, and analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency of the digital product team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have:

  • 5+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2C environment.
  • Strong background in web product design and development.
  • Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on analytics and research.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, leadership).
  • Proficiency with product and project management tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into action with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and user research.

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
  • Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level manager
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

FLSA Status: Exempt

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
