Join Us On-site in Windsor

We're now seeking a number of friendly, focused, service-oriented Representatives to come work with customers of one of the global brands that we support, a giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. These positions are based at our new offices at Market Square (2109 Ottawa Street in Windsor), convenient to the Ottawa 4, Walkerville 8 and Central 3 bus lines.

Description

In this position, you will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn quickly, to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Technical support experience and a background working with CRM applications are pluses
