Position Summary:
As a Talent and Culture Team Associate, you will work closely with seasoned HR professionals to gain hands-on experience working on projects which enable our employees to be the very best they can be in a workplace that values diversity and maximises opportunities for every team member. The remit of this role is huge! You will work across talent management, organisational design and development, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and culture enrichment. This role will provide you with exposure to diverse HR functions and a platform to kick-start your career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support and collaborate on projects to enhance employee engagement, such as organising engagement events, participating in workshop design and delivery, running the recognition platform, and supporting the delivery and analysis of our employee surveys.
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Support the delivery of our strategy, including participating in our DEI committee and proactively leading and supporting events and initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Assist in organising, coordinating and facilitating training sessions and development programs for employees and leaders, and track participation and feedback. .
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with the administration of psychometric testing.
- Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Health and wellbeing: Partner on a wellbeing strategy, including promoting and delivering communications and workshops which support proactive employee wellbeing.
- Data analysis: Assist with collating feedback and metrics across all projects to support continuous improvement and reporting requirements.
- Communication: Create content and manage the team's communications channels including Google sites, Google Slides presentations, Slack channels and company-wide emails.
- Thought leadership: Actively research and share emerging trends and ideas across the culture & talent remit.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in the Google Workplace suite with strong Slides and Sheets knowledge.
- Creative with a keen interest in using technology to engage employees.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- A willingness to be brave and try new things.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about contributing to a positive work culture.
