Job Summary
The Product Analyst role is responsible for assessing and monitoring the performance of a product in the market. The incumbent collects relevant data to enhance existing products and uses this information to develop new ones. The Product Analyst collaborates with other product teams, internal stakeholders, and users to improve products through user-centered design and continuous data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring the performance of a product in the market
- Monitors and tracks Product Metrics (ex. Quality, Performance, Adoption, Utilization)
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collects relevant data and user research to enhance existing product portfolio
- Collaborate with other product teams and internal stakeholders, and users to improve products through continuous data-driven improvements
- Analyze user behavior, adoption and utilization rates, and other metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Gathers and interprets user feedback, translating into actionable insights
- Clearly documents findings and recommendations for Product Manager and internal stakeholder
- Product SME
- Represent the product internally across Surescripts with limited support needed from the Product Manager
- Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and partners
- Product Support & Go To Market Activities
- Guide Pilot and Early Adopter programs in collaboration with Account Management and Customer Success. This includes, creating documentation, defining success criteria, gathering metrics, and conducting data analysis
- Develop and maintain product documentation for support teams and technical teams
- Educate internal stakeholders on product functionality, issues, updates, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify, diagnose, and address product related issues
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related experience supporting customers and/or healthcare products
- Previous health information technology experience working for or with EHRs, HIEs, Public Health or Health Care Providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using reporting systems (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce, Crystal Reports, etc.), including writing SQL queries
- User-Experience Design training or background
- Experience with industry standards such as NCPDP X12, and HL7
- Experience with Aha!
- Conversant in the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage)
- Project management experience

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $97,900 - $119,700 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
