Assist in S&OP monthly cycle to help Demand Planning Manger with demand forecasting.Besides these monthly routine, you will also be involved in and lead the following project
- Optimization of "Driver Forecast" Management
Based on the current process, commercial's bottom-up SKU view is the key reference for Demand Planner to project forecast. In Y25, our mission is to introduce the "Driver Forecasting" approach, which will be a process-changer, and focusing on the driver that trigger demand (e.g. campaign, promotion). This process will focus on higher product level, and should help to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Except for shipment forecasting as S&OP team's core mission, depletion also serve as a very important reference for us to better judge the realistic market trend. In this project, cross-functional collaboration with commercial team is required; in order to better help build-up the linkage between shipment, depletion, and trade inventory analysis, so that full-visibility of end-to-end demand trend could be revealed.
QualificationsUndergraduate student, better to major in business administration / management / supply chain related. Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Communication and collaboration skills. Ability to read in English, fluent in English speaking & listening would be a plus. Bravery to challenge, and deal with confrontation management. Interest in spirits industry.
