We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist that will support our recruiting activities in our Worldwide HQ based in New York, NY. Your responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle end to end, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork, etc. Overall, you'll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.
• Contacting potential candidates.
• Posting jobs in our intranet & LinkedIn.
• Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
• Interviewing potential candidates.
• Following up during the recruitment process.
• Updating employee records in SAP (Success Factors).
• Take candidates references.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
• Working knowledge of multiple Talent Acquisition areas including, diversity in recruitment, talent assessment, recruitment training, etc.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Experience working with a large number of stakeholders.
• Proven experience working on
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (all admin processes for screening, interviews, assessment, etc.).
• Experience using social networks for recruiting (i.e: LinkedIn).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• BSc/BA in HR, Business, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Specialist or another recruiting-related role.
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $100-110k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
