Reporting to the Director, Global FP&A, the Sr. Manager has primary responsibility for reporting and analysis to senior leadership, engaging with regional FP&A teams to understand results and guide regional reporting, as well as managing two direct reports. This role has significant exposure to the CFO and provides an opportunity to develop an enterprise-wide perspective of the business.

This role provides both the Executive Leadership Team and our shareholder with insightful analysis of financial results to support decision-making. They serve as a key point of contact with our regional FP&A teams to understand business drivers as well as guide the annual financial planning process. This position may also work on high-visibility ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and decision-making. The Sr. Manager manages and develops two direct reports, setting clear goals and expectations

Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate results, forecasts, analyses, and recommendations to senior management in support of critical decisions
  • Partner with FP&A teams around the globe to develop insights on monthly results
  • Responsible for monthly SHD Board presentations and call with Suntory Holdings FP&A team to answer questions on business results and drivers
  • Provide decision support and handle ad hoc questions
  • Collaborate with Director, IBP on planning calendar and requirements to ensure alignment with regional FP&A teams on delivery of financial Budget and 3-year plan
  • Identify opportunities for improving process efficiencies
  • Build and leverage relationships across Finance teams including FP&A and Controllership
  • Manage and develop two direct reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of Finance/Accounting experience. Experience with consumer products in one of the following areas preferred: Spirits, Beer, Wine, Beverage, and Foods
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; key data sources include Business Objects, SAP, and EPM (BPC)
  • Develop and maintain cross functional and key working relationships within the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
