Role Responsibilities
This position will support the regional RGM team to craft and execute their short and mid-term road map, putting consumers, shoppers and customers at the heart of our decisions in order to deliver sustainable profitable growth for Suntory Global Spirits. Reporting into the Sr Director of RGM, this regional role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of RGM processes, tools and capabilities across the international region. Empowering local markets to deliver sustainable growth, through harmonized revenue management processes.
You will have the opportunity to support the regional teams success in a number of ways:
- Assist in the development of tools and processes that harmonize and simplify the way that RGM is managed with the local market teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and address key performance gaps across the region.
- Facilitate learning sessions on the outcomes of local market Trade Investment decisions to improve future planning at both a global and local level.
- Lead internal projects to provide better visibility, identify trends and monitor performance across RGM metrics and KPIs. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute RGM strategies tailored to specific regional markets. Support pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product mix optimization
Experience and qualifications
- Degree level education
- 3+ years of experience within commercial finance, market insights, commercial sales, or RGM.
- Worked in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment (consumer goods strongly preferred)
- Previous RevMan experience would be beneficial.
- Experience in creating and analyzing commercially focused reports and analytics.
- Ability to partner with the business, provide insights and craft engaging presentations
- Intellectual curiosity leading to desire for continuous improvement and to challenge the status quo
- Commercial acumen, able to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for customer teams.
- Interest in process and systems
- Proficient in Excel & Power BI
- Fluent in English (Written & Oral)
