Administra la proveeduría de agave para el proceso de producción.
Role Responsibilities
Verificar que el agave que ingresa a la fábrica cumpla con las especificaciones de la NOM-006-SCFI-2012 Bebidas Alcohólicas-Tequila-Especificaciones.
Recopila los datos y utiliza eficazmente el sistema de gestión visual.
Verificar que se lleve a cabo el proceso de información sobre inventarios de agave en el SAP.
Tomar muestras de acuerdo al procedimiento de muestreo a cada lote de agave,
Apoyar en el pesaje de otros productos y entregar registro de pesado a la persona responsable.
Mantener y asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas ISO en el área.
