Manufacturing Development Director

Role Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and improves all EHS and Sustainability and QA procedures for all core processes and supports others team members to do the same. (Maintains and improves 5S system).

Supports and leads MBC and MBC Lab projects and activities. (Includes Innovation). Partners with the Chief Blender and the Master Distiller to champion the Sensory Quality of the Brands

Designs, develops, and ensures execution of plans for business continuity.

Shares ownership of plant performance levels against operational targets (SQPDCME).

Ensure Leading and managing change is effectively executed; the plant conscience for the OpEx process and philosophy.

Ensures effective execution of quality assurance, customer complaint, risk prevention, etc. processes, thereby protecting and improving corporate and brand image. Ensures compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Provides L&D solutions to enable effective talent and competency development (overall site).

Leads and supports risk analyses and develops strategies for the prevention/mitigation of risks and execution of contingency plans.

Develops and executes audit processes for EHS, QA, OpEx, Risk Prevention, and IMS (Integrated Management System) ISO, TRACC, TPM, etc.

Qualifications

• University degree in Science or Engineering.
• Education in Management, Business Acumen and Coaching
