We're delighted to announce the launch of our newly developed Graduate Programme for 2025. Based within our Springburn site in Glasgow, our Graduate Programme will take place over a three-year period. You will work within a number of areas of the business, where you will gain exposure to the world of distillation, engineering and operations, through a number of placements.

What You Need to Apply

We are looking for an enthusiastic Honours Degree Graduate with a minimum of 2:1 Degree. You will be a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress within your career. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be flexible, adaptable and resilient.

You love a challenge and are comfortable taking on responsibility. You will thrive on solving problems, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.

The Recruitment Process

If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a two-stage interview process as follows:

· Assessment Centre Day held in Glasgow City Centre.

· Formal interviews and presentation at our Springburn office.
