Role Responsibilities
Understand general GAAP/Accounting/Finance function and importance for the business
Assist in accounting daily work to have a general understanding of the role of accounting
Besides these daily work, you will also be involved in and lead the following project
Optimization of "Credit Note 2.0" process/Flow chart
Based on the 7-day reporting requirement from Taiwan's tax bureau, please evaluate the current potential issues and optimize the process from Credit Note 1.0 to Credit Note 2.0. Our plan: Collecting feedback from stakeholders and see any possibility from current intelligent Excel automation with robust validation, streamline workflows through cross-functional collaboration. Credit Note 2.0 will eliminate bottlenecks, ensure compliance, and enhance data integrity while simplifying processes for all stakeholders.
Optimization of cash flow process management
Cash flow management is essential for every company and requires all employees involvement. The project is expected to help to create a simple overview demonstrating its importance to everyone. It also includes to renovate current monitoring mechanism that effectively tracks inventory levels, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and payment schedule. This enhanced mechanism is expected to enable relevant functions to respond promptly to cash flow changes and make timely adjustments.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student major in business administration/finance/accounting related or with knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel Power Query and Excel VBA...etc.
